80's, the family took on a new perspective. Committing themselves to their
Christian faith, they reordered the company's priorities making Christian

is the real measure of success? Over the past several years,
two unanticipated trends have occurred that reflect this
approach to doing business. The first is that ICBH has begun
building homes for second-generation customers. Children
who grew up in an International home built in the 70's are
now choosing to build their own International home. This
shows an endorsement of confidence and trust in the company.
The second event is that International has built second
and third homes for some of its customers. Such positive
response from customers about doing repeat business make
